2. Account Registration & Roles

FameWame offers specialized interfaces and matching workspaces based on account roles (Creators, Brands, and Agencies). You must register using authentic identity details and business credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and active session tokens.

3. Campaign matching & Creator Metrics

All metrics and social statistics presented on FameWame profiles are retrieved via direct platform API integrations. Creators authorize FameWame to query and display these metrics for matching purposes. Brands agree to construct campaigns with accurate budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

4. Data Ownership & Content License

Users retain full ownership of the text, images, and portfolios uploaded to their profiles. By displaying content on the platform, users grant FameWame a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and show their profile details to matching brands or agencies.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from manipulating audience metrics, uploading plagiarized campaign deliverables, initiating fraudulent match requests, or attempting unauthorized database queries. Violations will result in permanent account termination and data purge.

6. Limitation of Liability

FameWame is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific campaign outcomes, follower retention, or absolute uptime of our verification API endpoints.
